Needing good homes

The Forrest City Animal Shelter has seen an increase in puppies and is trying to get them adopted. According to numbers provided by Animal Control Officers this morning, there are 42 dogs total in the shelter, and 36 of those are puppies.

Cedar Valley Humane Society takes in fourteen dogs

The Cedar Valley Humane Society recently assisted the Linn County Sheriffs Department by taking custody of fourteen dogs including 7 newborn puppies, voluntarily surrendered by their owner after the Sheriffs Department became involved.
