Swisstack goes bananas at Sundae is Funday

An estimated 4,000 Rio Ranchoans attended Sundae is Funday at Loma Colorado Park on Sunday. Highlights included the Ice Cream Olympics, the car show and Mayor Tom Swisstack’s human banana split.

Six dogs available at county animal shelter

The Pottawattamie County Animal Shelter currently has six wonderful dogs that are looking for new homes and are available for adoption.
